I don’t know anyone who doesn’t express a desire to be fitter or healthier, yet exercise and maintaining a healthy diet is often the one thing that falls to the bottom of the to-do list.
I swing intermittently between relatively-fit to what many would consider super-fit. Naturally, I sometimes take my eye off the ball, but generally I have the balance about right.
In the last 5 years I’ve run a marathon, (temporarily) revealed my abs, become a qualified sports nutrition advisor, written a book about finding motivation for fitness and taken up yoga and weightlifting!
